Concrete Repair Specialist, Joe D., performed a full inspection of the entire concrete sidewalk surrounding the entire building. He recommended Polylevel  to lift and level the existing concrete instead of replacement since the concrete slabs were in really good condition. Concrete sinks and settles over time due to the soil underneath being too wet or too dry.
