After a thorough inspection, we developed a targeted repair plan utilizing our PolyLevel Foam Injection System to lift and stabilize the sunken concrete. This innovative method involves injecting lightweight, high-density polyurethane foam beneath the slab, which expands to gently raise the concrete back to its original level. To finish the job, we applied NexusPro Joint Sealant, a UV-resistant and flexible sealant that effectively protects the concrete joints from water infiltration and future damage. With both systems in place, the garage area was not only restored to a safe, even surface but also greatly improved in appearance, leaving the homeowner with renewed pride in their property!

A Staten Island, NY homeowner was interested in repairing their sinking pool deck, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution. We used the Polylevel Injection to lift and level the pool deck. After fifteen minutes, the concrete was fully repaired and the pool was ready for use!

The sidewalks in front of this Fair Lawn residence were uneven due to settlement under the concrete. Quality 1st Basement Systems isntalled the PolyLEVEL concrete leveling system to repair the sunken concrete. PolyLEVEL is a two part poly-urethane foam which is injected underneath the concrete to raise it back to its original level. PolyLEVEL is very lightweight which means it will not cause further settlement. PolyLEVEL is the cheaper, faster, more modern alternative to mudjacking. The sidewalk slabs have been repaired, and there are no longer any tripping hazards for this family!

A homeowner in Fair Lawn, New Jersey noticed their pool patio was sinking and settling badly. This can happen because concrete is poured over poorly compacted loose soil.
