This customer was having issues with mold in the basement due to water entering the basement whenever it would rain. 

We went out to the property and did some Mold X 2 treatment on the areas that had mold, then installed Waterguard around the full perimeter of the basement, we installed a SuperSump with Battery Backup and a SaniDry Dehumidifier.

Basement Systems was contacted due to water coming through the concrete floor in the basement and staying mostly around the perimeter of the floor. Our team dug around the perimeter for the installation of our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage that will safely capture floor leakage. Alongside the walls, we installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, which captures any wall leaks. Then, the water gets carried through the sub-floor drain to the sump system. This system will prevent moisture and turn a dirty, damp space into a clean, livable area. 

This Thorndale PA customer reached out to Basement Systems USA because they were in the market for a new sump pump with a battery backup. We came out to his home and upgraded him to a SuperSump with an UltraSump Battery Backup. The SuperSump quietly pumps 2,650 gallons per hour and in case of a power outage, the UltraSump will turn on automatically and will alarm to tell you you are running on the backup. The UltraSump will pump 12,000 total gallons out on a new, fully charged power pack.

Our solution was to install the SuperSump system.
