The concrete around the exterior of this Middletown, NJ home was facing the wear and tear of the outdoors. Sinking slabs due to erosion beneath the concrete resulted in an uneven surface that the homeowner knew was a safety issue and wanted to fix it. Our crew at Quality 1st had just the solution to these uneven concrete slabs. After our System Design Specialist Nelson provided the homeowner with a quote, our Foreman Ramon and crew met at the site to carry out the leveling process on the concrete.  Our PolyLevel Foam Injection was used to raise these slabs to their correct position, leveling out the surface. Light weight, waterproof, and nonharmful, the PolyLevel Foam is a stable and durable solution to raising sunken concrete slabs and keeping them leveled. Our NexusPro Joint Sealant was used to seal the cracks in between slabs, giving the concrete area that nice, cohesive finish.

Port Monmouth, NJ homeowner, Richard S., needed to repair his sinking concrete driveway, so he contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for an estimate.
