Customer was in the process of finishing their basement and needed to upgrade the standard size window to an Egress. We came out and installed a Slider Egress window with a Rockwell Window well and Elite/ Premier Cover.
Customer reached out to us because they wanted to finish their basement, but first wanted to get it up to code and install an Egress window. We came out and installed a Slider Egress Window with a Metal Egress Well and Well Cover.
Initial call we received was to assess a concerning vertical crack in his poured foundation, while our inspector was out at the property, it was brought to his attention that he would also like to look into upgrading one of the basement windows, into an Egress and some minor waterproofing. For the vertical crack in the foundation, he proposed a Urethane Injection with Flexispan, for the Egress, our Slider Egress with RockWell and Cover along with a WellDuct to tie into their current waterproofing system.
This customer reached out regarding a foundation wall that would leak during heavy rainfall. To prevent future basement flooding due to window well leakage, the team installed our WellDuct Window Well drain that captures the water coming through the wall crack. Our WellDuct is a drainage channel that connects from the window base to the interior sub-floor drainage system that flows the water to the sump pump system.
At this semi-finished home, the basement would take on water during heavy rainfall and sit in the corner of the room. We installed our sub-floor drain, WaterGuard, which lies on the foundation footing that channels the water into the sump system. This will help collect water from the basement walls, has easy-to-access service ports, and is resistant to drain clogs.
