Crawl Space Encapsulation in New Castle, DE

The owner of this home reached out to the company regarding a 3ft crawl space in need of encapsulation. In order for us to repair this space, we had the team install our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system, which acts as a sealant to transform a damp, dirty place into a clean, dry, mold-free crawl space. We used the encapsulated system to surround the dirt crawl space and bottom piers, then we installed our SilverGlo wall panels to provide a barrier keeping back moisture and humidity.

FlexiSpan in New Castle, DE

In this unfinished basement, a vertical crack was found, but no bowing has started. To prevent any further issues, the team installed our FlexiSpan System with Urethane injection, which is designed to permanently stop any water leakage through wall cracks. This three-part process is a fail-safe crack treatment that lets future seepage move down into the basement's sub-floor drain system that connects to the sump pump.

New Castle, DE Window Upgrade

This Delaware customer reached out to us wanting to enlarge their current basement window to an Egress. An Egress is a window that is large enough to be able to safely exit your basement, in case of an emergency, but egress windows are also large enough to let in a lot of natural lighting.

For this install we used our 28x36 In-Swing window with our 48x66x48 Rockwell and Rockwell Cover.

EverLast Windows in New Castle, DE

At this newly purchased home, the owners noticed that all the window wells were in need of replacement due to filling up with water and hardly draining, causing water damage on the inside of the home. We cut out and removed the old windows to install our vinyl EverLast Basement Window that will be key to keeping moisture and water out of the basement. These windows prevent mold, debris and rust, which are the causing factors of window leaks.

CleanSpace in New Castle, DE

In this basement, the block foundation would leak every time it would rain, and the water would just sit in the corner of the room. We installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier around the block foundation wall that will capture any water that leaks into the home. Then we installed our WaterGuard sub-floor drain system that lies flush below the vapor barrier that carries the captured water into the sump pump system. By getting this system installed the worry of flooding will decrease and the owner will notice that the area is much dry and no more water leaks in the home.
