Burlington, NJ homeowner reached out to us because they noticed the floor above their crawlspace had a horizontal cracks and was continuously expanding at a 45-degree angle. We sent Senior Foundation Specialist, Jeff, out to inspect the crawl space to see what structural foundation issues were causing the floor to crack and settle. 

Jeff noticed the crawl space beams were sagging, causing the floor to shift and cracks to form. He suggested SmartJack Stabilizers be installed underneath the beams to provide additional support. These SmartJack Stabilizers can be adjusted to gradually lift the crawl space beams back towards their original state. This system will also prevent future settlement and structural damage.

This homeowner in Hainesport, New Jersey contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems after noticing their concrete patio was becoming unlevel and cracking. Our customer care representative booked them an appointment with our System Design Specialist, Chris Bowe. Chris provided a thorough inspection and suggested they use our PolyLevel Injections. Our foreman began using the injections underneath the concrete slab. This will allow for the slab to lift to its original position. Polylevel is lightweight and environmentally friendly, and it will not add any weight to the existing soil. When the concrete was raised, the homeowner was satisfied with the results. Now, they do not have to worry about tripping hazards on their patio anymore!

Quality 1st was able to give the Volunteer Fire Company at Three Bridges a lift, when concrete slabs in the back entrance of the building had sunken. As a firefighting Company, they knew safety was something to be taken seriously.

Polylevel Foreman Arturo Jacuinde, and his team arrived on the scene and started to slowly remove the tripping hazard. In order to lift and level the affected area, Arturo drilled small holes into the slabs and injected a foam called Polylevel. Polylevel hardens after a few minutes and lifts the slab back to it's original position. This process took less than 15 minutes and it was able to be walked on again safely.
