A Scotch Plains, NJ, homeowner noticed water seepage in their basement, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution. We installed our SuperSump Pump System, which will effectively pump water out of the basement and keep it dry and healthy! The airtight lid keeps water and moisture inside to prevent a musty odor. It also helps protect the pump sump inside the liner to ensure it doesn't damage or clog. 

A basement in Scotch Plains, NJ, had more water seepage than the previously installed sump pump could handle. We came out and installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, along with a new french drain to help alleviate the water issues. The WaterGuard French Drain System collects water and directs it to the TripleSafe nearby. With this installation in place, this basement is sure to stay dry for years to come!

Homeowner was having problems with cracks in their unfinished basements walls. In order to repair it Quality 1st Basement Systems did instillation of wall anchors. Owner is now satisfied with the work done.

Quality 1st Basement Systems replaced an old leaky window with a waterproof basement window that will never rust or rot. This Ocean County, NJ basement is dry and safe.

With help from System Design Specialist, Tom Carrano, and Foreman, Victor Leon, Quality 1st Basements was able to provide this Jackson, NJ homeowner with a safe, new entryway into their crawl space. Their old door to access the crawl space was rotting and allowed for water, humidity and cold drafts to enter inside. Tom recommended The Turtle which is a durable plastic crawl space access well.  Providing an airtight cover, it serves as a crawl space access well AND door combined!
