This home in Robbinsville, NJ had a sinking sidewalk, so the homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems. Our System Design Specialist, Alvin R., inspected the sidewalk and measured how far the concrete had sunk. Since the concrete sunk 3/4 of an inch, Alvin recommended the Polylevel Injection as the best concrete repair method. Polylevel is a durable and long-lasting method for concrete repair. It's waterproof, environmentally friendly, and takes fifteen minutes to recover. After the poly level installation was complete, the sidewalk was repaired. The homeowner was happy with the results!

This Taneytown, MD customer was tired of dealing with water intrusion whenever his area would get rain and tired of the everyday must smell his basement would develop. Reaching the end of his patience, he gave our company a call for help.
Our solution for this wet basement was to install our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier with Waterguard around the full perimeter of the basement. We also installed 2 of our SuperSump Pumps and a SaniDry Dehumidifier.
In this half-finished basement, water was staying at the bottom of the bilco doors and needed some sort of drain to remove the water from the door area. Our team dug out a space at the bottom of the stairwell to install our TrenchDrain sub-floor drain system. This drain is connected to our WaterGuard system, which will flow any water that the drain intakes to the sump pump system, which then pumps the water out and safely away from the home.
