Following a detailed inspection, our team designed a custom waterproofing plan to address the root of the problem and prevent future issues.

We installed our patented WaterGuard Drainage System to collect water seeping in through the walls and floor, redirecting it safely to the newly installed SuperSump Premier Sump Pump, which efficiently removes it from the home. To protect the discharge line from freezing during colder months, we added the IceGuard System, which allows water to escape even if the line becomes blocked. Finally, CleanSpace Wall Panels were installed to act as a moisture barrier and brighten the basement.

Together, these products now keep the basement dry, healthy, and protected year-round!

This looks like a new basement! This finished wall restoration system includes metal studs and an inorganic, mold-resistant wall product that replaces the bottom 32" of your home's drywall. A stylish inorganic baseboard molding and chair rail makes this an appealing, long-lasting solution that will keep your basement looking great! The new wall system cannot be installed until the drainage system has been installed. Once the concrete cures, the walls can be finished. The overall installation is completed within a week.
