One of our System Design Specialists recommended PolyLevel foam injections to lift each slab back to its original position. The Polylevel foam only weights 4lbs per cubic feet but it can support substantial loads, such as concrete. To seal up the cracks and prevent further erosion from water, NexusPro was applied. The homeowner can now enjoy their lifted and leveled sidewalk. 

A homeowner in Whippany, NJ needed a new sump pump to keep her house dry during heavy rains. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a TripleSafe sump pump, which has three powerful pumps. The TripleSafe has a battery back up and a built in alarm system!

A homeowner in Hanover, NJ contacted Quality 1st Basements after discovering their sump pump had failed, causing water to seep into their basement. We replaced their existing system with our Triple Safe Sump Pump to keep their basement dry and healthy. The system will collect and direct all water straight out of the basement and about 10 feet away from the foundation.

Then, the foreman installed the WaterGuard Drain System which sits on top of the foundation footing and catches water to drain to the sump pump. These systems will help the basement stay dry by protecting it against water seepage.
