At this property we needed to install a new way for water to leave the home without it going back into the home. We sent our crew out to install our IceGuard Sump Pump line that is designed to safely discharge water from below grade up and away from the home when the line is frozen. This install will prevent the basement from flooding in cold temperature weather and overall maintenance free for the homeowner. 

In Jarrettsville, MD, a homeowner had been feeling increasingly overwhelmed by persistent water seepage in their basement, which worsened after every heavy rain. The system was placed along the perimeter of the floor, where it efficiently directed water away from the foundation and to a sump pump for removal.

To further protect the system in cold weather, we added our IceGuard Discharge Line, which allows water to escape even if the discharge line freezes.
