A homeowner in Paterson, New Jersey was looking for a solution to fix their wet basement. Wet basements occur when the soil around the home becomes saturated and creates hydrostatic pressure, pushing water into the basement. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st basement Systems and System Design Specialist, JC Gibriano, who was able to inspect the home and suggested they encapsulate the basement. Our foreman, Juan Garcia installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System along the basement wall. This system will catch any water that seeps in from the walls and drain it to a sump pump. CleanSpace gives the basement a bright and fresh appearance while being water-proof and mold-proof.
