A homeowner in Oakland, New Jersey was looking to waterproof their basement to prevent water intrusion. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems, and we provided a solution for them. We installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System and WaterGuard French Drain System. When the homeowner saw the results, they were satisfied that their basement would stay dry and healthy! 

This crawl space of an Oakland, NJ home was suffering from an unhealthy and water-damaged environment. Over time, the saturated soil surrounding the home forced water inside the crawl space, resulting in unpleasant, musty conditions. The homeowner recognized this problem and the risk of further, more extensive damage to their home and turned to Quality 1st for a solution. Our team provided a complete crawl space encapsulation to waterproof the space, featuring our CleanSpace vapor Barrier. This was paired with new Drainage Matting lining the crawl space floor for water flow beneath the vapor barrier. The crawl space was insulated with our SilverGlo Insulation to waterproof the walls while maintaining a healthy environment beneath the home. Thanks to our crew, this new installation restores the health and longevity of the home to stay protected against water damage.

CleanSpace Liner, drainage matting, and SilverGlo were also installed in this crawlspace. Our full perimeter system which is called WaterGuard, a WaterGuard Port, and TripleSafe sump pump were also put in place at the residence in South Amboy.

A basement in South Amboy, NJ had a horizontal crack on the wall. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed CarbonArmor wall strips to secure and stabilize the foundation.

Quality 1st Basement Systems replaced this old sump pump in Laurence Habor, NJ with a powerful TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe will keep the basement dry with its three pumps.
