In this old cellar, a musty smell was starting to occur because the basement was getting humid due to the sump pump system failing. At times the system wasn't able to pump out the amount of water it was taking in and began to flood the area. We removed the old system and installed our SuperSump pump system with a Zoeller M53 cast iron pump and have the WaterWatch alarm system that will allow the homeowner to know if water levels get too high. 

Customer had concerns that when it rained, water was coming in through the wall, dripping down and puddling on the floor. To correct this, we installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier on the wall, Waterguard was installed along the perimeter which directs the water coming in, to our SuperSump Pump.

In this Rosedale home, the sump pump was not pumping and would continuously fill up. This system has an airtight lid that keeps out insects, odors and even Radon gas with a built-in alarm that will alert the owner that the water level has risen.
