In order to keep the SaniDry XP Dehumidifier running efficiently and effectively removing up to 109 liters of water per day, Quality 1st Service Technician Randy performed annual maintenance. He cleaned the heat exchange core, cleaned the coils, replaced the air filter. He cleaned the drip pan, tested the sensors, checked refrigerant levels and flushed the drain line. Before leaving, Randy ensured that the unit was running properly and left the homeowner with a reliable system for moisture control in the basement! 

This Haledon, NJ homeowner needed a stronger sump pump to replace their old, open pit pump. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a SuperSump sump pump, which has an airtight lid that will keep debris and odors out. The SuperSump sump pump can pump out 2,220 gallons of water per hour!

Our pump is built with three pumps inside to handle different levels of water flow. Each pump sits in a liner on a stand for protection. Our airtight lid has a built-in alarm system and a floor drain as well. Our back up battery will automatically kick on if the power were to go out as well to continuously keep the basement dry.
