Quality 1st Basement Systems replaced an old leaky window in Fairview, NJ with a waterproof, vinyl-framed basement window.

The homeowner of this Navesink, NJ home had an old sump pump that was constantly running, but never working. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a TripleSafe sump pump, which has three powerful pumps and a battery back up. Now this sump pump is strong enough to withstand any amount of water!

Basement windows are typically not equipped to prevent water leaks. This homeowner noticed water would pool in the window well and leak into his basement. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a SunHouse Basement Window Enclosure to keep rain out. The basement no longer leaks through the window and has drastically improved this basement.

When a water issue in a basement is ignored, that water creates a damp and musty environment over time. A musty odor could gradually form, creating unhealthy air which then travels from the basement to the first level and then eventually throughout the rest of the house. Quality 1st Basement Systems permanently protects the basement against water and moisture that could create that uncomfortable environment and poor air quality. 

The concrete that was supporting the pavers around this pool was beginning to sink and settle- causing the pavers to become uneven. Since the surface beneath the pavers was concrete, our team was able to temporarily remove the pavers and inject PolyLevel beneath the concrete. Following the PolyLevel installation, the joints were sealed to prevent water from eroding the soil beneath the concrete. The pool area is much safer now with the even pavers.
