Looking at the before picture you can see that this Lake Cuomo homeowner was experiencing sagging floors and cracks in the walls from foundation failure in the crawl space. The bricks could barely hold the beams up and so the homeowner decided to contact Quality 1st Basement Systems. 

System Design Specialist, Ken Peare, recommended our Crawl Space Support System. This consisted of SmartJack Stabilizer which is a supplemental support system used for sagging crawl spaces. It not only provides support for the failing structure but often will lift the failing floor beams back to their original state.

A homeowner in Belmar, New Jersey wanted a new sump pump because of water that was entering the basement and covering the floor. Our System Design Specialist inspected the basement and suggested that the TripleSafe sump pump be installed to make sure the basement is dry and protected. The TripleSafe sump pump was installed to ensure that the basement stays protected. The TripleSafe has three levels of pumps built inside in case of one pump failure the next lower level pumps will kick in. The TripleSafe will ensure that this basement stays dry and healthy.

System Design Specialist, Stephen Ventriglio, did a full inspection of this wet basement and recommended a full perimeter waterproofing system to keep the space dry and healthy. Foreman, Juan Garcia and his team removed the old sump pump system and installed our french drain system known as WaterGuard above the footing of the foundation, out of the mud zone to easily accept any water seepage. WaterGuard is attached to the SuperSump Pump System to remove the water from the basement and pump it away from the homes foundation.
