Quality 1st Basement Systems waterproofed the basement of this commercial building in Manhattan, NY. We installed the WaterGuard French Drain, TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and CleanSpace Moisture Barrier to help keep the basement dry and healthy. 

Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by the manager of Toast Cafe located in New York, NY. The manager explained they were experiencing water seepage in the basement, so we sent our System Design Specialist, Jack H., to provide an inspection. Jack recommended our Triple Safe Sump Pump. The Triple Safe Sump Pump provides three levels of protection, keeping the basement dry and healthy. The system contains a backup battery, backup pump, and an air-tight lid that seals the system from the basement elements. Since the installation, the manager and their crew have not experienced any water issues, and have been satisfied with the services.
