Our team recommended and installed our patented TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which features three powerful pumps: a primary pump for regular water removal, a secondary pump for backup in case of high water volume, and a battery-powered backup pump to ensure operation during power outages.

With this comprehensive system in place, the basement was quickly transformed into a dry, healthy, and inviting space, free from the worries of water intrusion. The homeowner was relieved, knowing their basement was now protected, secure, and ready to be used for storage or additional living space.

Customer had just purchased their new home, and while tearing up the carpet in the basement, they had taken note that the padding underneath had water spots, and with further investigation, they realized water was seeping in through one wall near their fireplace. Our solution was to install a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the wall, producing the water, waterguard and a SuperSump Pump. 

This customer reached out to our company with concerns of water entering through only one side of the unfinished basement when it would rain. We sent our inspector out to evaluate and provide a solution to correct this water intrusion. The solution provided and installed was Waterguard and CleanSpace along the problematic wall. We also installed a SuperSump Pump, IceGuard and a SaniDry Dehumidifier to keep humidity levels low during those warm humid months.
