This homeowner in Dundalk, MD did not have a functioning sump pump, and they were in need of a replacement. We removed the old sump pump and installed our SuperSump Pump System. Our waterproofing system is the best and most reliable solution that will keep the basement dry and healthy. The homeowner's peace of mind was restored thanks to our Inspector Jeff, and crewman Bernie! 

At this property we needed to install a new way for water to leave the home without it going back into the home. We sent our crew out to install our IceGuard Sump Pump line that is designed to safely discharge water from below grade up and away from the home when the line is frozen. This install will prevent the basement from flooding in cold temperature weather and overall maintenance free for the homeowner. 

In this basement the owner was experiencing water leaking through the walls after heavy rains and reached out to our team for a system install. We sent a crew out to jackhammer a trench around the foundation wall for us to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system that will carry any moisture or water to the sump pump. Lastly we place our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier over the portion of the wall that captures any water or moisture coming through and carries it down into the sub-floor drain. By getting this waterproofing system install the home will be safe from floods and dry of dampness and moisture.

Current sump pump had a cracked pit and was no longer working. We came out and upgraded it to a SuperSump pump and also installed a SaniDry dehumidifier to control the humidity in the basement.

This homeowner was remodeling their basement and noticed water spots on their cement wall. We installed our CleanSpace Wall System working as a vapor barrier to protect from moisture, mold or rot. We also included our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system that is designed to capture water seepage through the walls.
